I’m an experienced Senior UX researcher with a background in UX design and software development.

Originally from Hamburg, Germany, I worked as software developer for SAG, Lloyds Bank and Smallworld in Germany and London before moving to New York in 2003.

After taking a break to raise three children, I moved back into the tech world as a UX designer and then specialized in UX research.

Over the last five years, I’ve primarily done user research for large technology companies: first for Waze at Google, then at LinkedIn and now for more than three years at Lyft.

I mostly do qualitative research but also run and analyze surveys in Qualtrics.

I’m bilingual in Enlish and German.
