I'm an experienced qualitative UX researcher with a background in product design and computer engineering. I also do quantitative research, mainly Qualtrics surveys.

My focus is on providing the user perspective to design, product and engineering by uncovering user needs and user pain points. I work closely with stakeholders in design, product, data science and engineering.
